Some call it a pizza pan, others a pizza tray, but we think the term āoverachieverā is much more fitting. This hotshot turns out crispy-golden crust, to be sure, but itās also a no-brainer for tarts, quiches, puff pastry, or even roasted veg. Itās blue steel through and through, which distributes heat like a champ and gets darkerānot to mention more nonstickāwith every use.

Perfect for high temperatures. Iron enables the Maillard reaction and uniform heat distribution. Excellent cooking results: the dough does not soften, golden and crusty pastries.
Blue colour due to a surface thermal treatment: temporary protection against oxidation; no non-stick coating.
Extremely robust tray: remains perfectly flat.
Tip: to be combined with a mat or baking paper, grease well before use.
Do not use to work with cold ingredients.
Care: scrape, brush after use. Lightly grease to protect iron. Store in a dry place.
Not dishwasher-safe. Do not wash with detergents.

Hand-wash only. Not Dishwasher-safe. Safe for temperatures up to 500° F. Season before first use.
To season: Coat the pan with flavorless oil and heat in a 500° F oven for 5-10 minutes (until oil begins to smoke). Let the pan cool and then wipe clean with paper towels. Repeat the process a second time and your pan is ready for use. After this process, the pan will acquire a natural nonstick property and darken over time. After cooking, wash the pan in hot water, wipe with a soft sponge and dry thoroughly. Do not use dish soap and do not remove the black layer that forms at the bottom of the pan; it will make a solid film and create a non-stick surface. Dry thoroughly to prevent rusting and store in a dry area. The pan will darken with use, creating a naturally nonstick surface.
