Cardamom Bitters

Our Cardamom Bitters were originally created as part of a signature cocktail for a good friend’s bachelorette getaway. The drink was a hit, but I wasn’t sure what else I would use them for, so I started playing around. It turns out cardamom goes with just about everything. I often call them duplicitous because they add a lovely depth to sweeter fruit-based drinks, but also blend right in with the smoky characteristics of a mezcal or scotch. To some, our Cardamom Bitters remind them of Christmas spice cookies, but others think of garam masala or lamb skewers. They are as much savory as they are sweet, and that’s why they’re so fun. A Good Food Award winner, sofi Gold recipient, and Named 2018 Product of the Year by the Specialty Food Association, it's no wonder these are one of our most popular flavors.
