The Marcato Raviolini Attachment makes 4 1.2″x1.2″ (30x30mm) sized raviolini at a time for the length of the pasta sheet that was prepared. Raviolini means “small ravioli” in Italian and shares the exact same characteristics as ravioli, only smaller. It is a square-shaped pasta that is stuffed with delicious fillings and often enjoyed as a main dish.
