This Spaghetti Chitarra Attachment is designed specifically for the Atlas 150 Pasta Machine from Marcato (sold separately). One of 13 interchangeable accessories for the Atlas 150, the Spaghetti Chitarra Attachment cuts pasta that has a 2mm width.
The Spaghetti Chitarra Attachment is easy to use. Simply insert the crank in the accessory. Pass the pasta sheet through the rollers and collect the freshly cut Spaghetti Chitarra. Lay them to dry on your pasta drying rack or Marcato's drying rack, the Tacapasta.
Not dishwasher safe.
