The Story
This 9.5" Carbon Steel Crepe Pan from Matfer Bourgeat is built to last. Featuring a large and flat cooking surface, it is specially designed with shallow walls to facilitate flipping while evenly distributing heat. The high-quality, extra-strong steel strip handle ensures it is safely secured to the pan with a riveted attachment.
Please note that this pan requires initial seasoning and maintenance. Carbon Steel pans are NOT dishwasher safe. When seasoned properly, carbon steel has a non-stick surface and a prolonged life.
Induction, gas, electric, ceramic, halogen, BBQ, oven and broiler compatible up to 900ºF/480ºC.
Carbon Steel pans are NOT dishwasher safe.
To clean, wipe with paper towel or rinse under hot water. Do not use dish soap and do not allow pan to air dry. Dry thoroughly by briefly placing on hot burner and re-grease lightly.
