This Coarse Grater from Microplane comes from their Gourmet Series. The blade is made of surgical grade stainless steel from the USA because of it's quality and durability. The stainless steel frame provides extra durability for heavy usage while non-slip rubber end piece ensures your grater stays in place while you're working.
Coarse Graters are great for carrots, chocolate, coconut and hard cheeses. The results will be small gratings.
Reusable, protective cover included.
